Each grape is sorted upon receipt of the harvest, we work by gravity in order to respect the natural wine-making circuit.

Light press to maintain optimal fruitiness. Blend of 50% limestone, 30% flint and 20% clay-limestone.

Each soil is vinified separately in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, the limestone brings minerality and finesse. The clay-limestone brings fruit, richness and the flint brings structure and minerality.

It is a masculine, fruity, timeless and complex wine.

Ideally served at 10-11° C.
