The Vignerons de la Colline Eternelle Vézelay white wine comes from the Burgundy vineyards of Vézelay. Gold medalist at the Lyon international competition and silver medalist in Frankfurt in 2020, this wine made from 100% Chardonnay will be perfect to pair with your dishes. To the eye, her dress is limpid and golden with slight reflections pulling on silver.
On the nose, you can smell its sweet floral scent as well as its fruity notes. On the palate, the white wine will initially be soft and round in the attack, to then express its length in the palate. Although it is round and sweet, a slight acidity is felt in the mouth. You may also note aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pear or peach, or slight notes of pineapple which reflect a certain maturity.
The wine from the Vignerons de la Colline Eternelle Vézelay is ideally served between 12 and 14 degrees as an aperitif, or to accompany poultry, fish or cheeses. Its controlled designation of origin Vézelay is a real guarantee of quality. Burgundy wine lovers will be delighted by this white wine from a territory with clay-limestone soil. It can also be kept in the cellar for 3 years.
