Sweet white wine PGI Côtes de Gascogne
The Rino Gros Manseng Petit Manseng is a sweet white wine called 1st Thrush and Uby n°4. It is particularly interesting since the harvest took place at the beginning of October. This contributes in particular to the elegance and mellow of the finished product. This wine has a Protected Geographical Indication Côtes de Gascogne and the combination of the grape varieties gros manseng and petit manseng has been made according to the traditional vinification method, with a real control of temperatures. The vines have benefited from a protected environment in the South-West of France made up of tawny sands and boulbènes. The big manseng and small manseng have been grown on an acidic sandy-clay soil.
The Rino Gros Manseng Petit Manseng provides a smooth and velvety mouth feel that expresses all the interest of the two grape varieties. Notes of a pleasant vivacity highlighted by the aroma of the passion fruit come from Petit Manseng, while Gros Manseng brings a beautiful aromatic intensity based on notes of candied lemon and quince. The fruity character of this wine is revealed when served at a temperature between 6 and 8° C.
Put your taste buds on alert with a wine that will enhance the flavours of your dishes (foie gras, blue-veined cheeses...) and your aperitifs.
