Mossiat 2018 is a still white wine which has its origins in an eponymous hamlet in Belgium. This vintage was produced in Château de Bioul, a place where two essential choices in the eyes of their owners Vanessa Vaxelaire and her husband Andy Wyckmans were made: that of biodynamic and inter- specific grapes. The combination of these two values gives a new dynamic to the production of wines since they develop a beautiful minerality and great freshness.

The vineyard reveals all the typicality of a terroir through hilly plots with clay-limestone soil. The grapes were aged in vats and rocked by musical waves for 9 months. Composed of 100% of the Bronner grape, the Mossiat 2018 is adorned with a pretty crystalline yellow robe.

Balanced white wine with a mineral character, this Mossiat offers a nice liveliness on the palate. It can be eaten alone or accompanied by fish, crustaceans or even gray Namur grapes. In order to savor the full range of its aromatic palette, it is advisable to serve this wine at a temperature between 8 and 10 ° C.

It's a Côtes de Sambre et Meuse to enjoy at any time of the year.
