White Wine from France - PDO Languedoc
Les Hortes du Loup Nuits blanches Languedoc de Nicolas Vellas is a white wine that benefits from both the continental freshness of Larzac and the Mediterranean sunshine. It is made from three distinct but complementary grape varieties: Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier. The latters have been cultivated on clayey-limestone and marly soil, thus ensuring a correct level of humidity and maintenance of solar heat. The winegrower Nicolas Vellas has been able to express all his art by using traditional winemaking techniques and by passing part of the blend in barrels.
To the nose, the Hortes du Loup Nuits blanches offers a beautiful aromatic intensity with fruity, buttery and floral notes of white fruits. Succumb to a round and balanced palate as well as a pale yellow colour revealing the quality of the terroir. This white wine goes perfectly with cooked fish, poultry or Mediterranean dishes. It is served at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.
Instantly take advantage of its freshness to brighten up your summer aperitifs, but with moderation!
Nicolas Vellas has an exceptional vineyard and embodies one of the jewels of the Languedoc wine producing region.
