Olivier Leflaive - Burgundy Cuvée "Oncle Vincent" is a Grand White Wine from Burgundy. It is an exceptional white wine where Olivier Leflaive's attention and know-how is to his paroxism.

This special vintage "Oncle Vincent", originated from the best of vineyards which stretches over 8 plots spread over the famous commune of Puligny-Montrachet, all over less than 4ha. This means that this confidential production is exceptional.

Vinified with 30% whole grapes and the rest of the trampled grapes, this Grand Burgundy White Wine Cuvée "Uncle Vincent", is raised 9 months in barrels and for many, in new ferts.

This wine, composed exclusively of the Chardonnay grape variety gives it a very beautiful custody potential and develops aromas of peaches and pears and beautiful notes of butter. A touch of nervousness emerges from its mouth with an impressive outfit, with a soft velvety texture, yet keeping a beautiful and long freshness. It is a noble white wine of Burgundy, full of class and really different from what is being done all around.
