TERROIR
A great geological diversity, a climate influenced by the relief of the Mediterranean, the vineyards offer a mosaic of terr oirs and microclimates.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested at night or early in the morning, at optimal maturity. After skin maceration, the harvest is sent to the press. Fermentation at low temperature, ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks, with regular resuspension of the lees.
TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Straw yellow with green shades on the rim of the glass.
Nose: Complex nose, marked by intense aromas of exotic fruits, counterbalanced by fresh citrus scents.
Palate: This Chardonnay plays on the register of balance and elegance, thanks to its freshness and roundness.
GOURMET SUGGESTIONS:
As an aperitif, salad, cold dishes, fish in sauce, seafood or with cheeses.
