Pink Sparkling wine from Belgium, Brut - Produced by Wijnkasteel Genoels-Elderen
The "Rosé Parel" from Château Genoels-Elderen is a sparkling Rosé wine, Brut traditional method from the largest wine estate in Belgium. As surprising as it may seem, the flat country has a 25 hectare vineyard located along the ancient Roman roads of the municipality of Riemst. The traditions instilled by the Romans more than 2000 years ago have remained intact, which allows Château Genoels-Elderen to offer you a sparkling Rosé Brut wine.
Rosé mainly from Pinot Noir (bleeding or maceration) and Chardonnay , fermentation and vinification in vats on lees. The wine is then aged 2 years in bottle on slats. It is a vintage wine and its dosage is 8 grams per liter.
The color is the color of rose petals, very soft on the palate, complex, intense and pure with lots of red berries, balanced with a nice aftertaste.
