Rosé Wine of France, PDO Côtes de Provence
Château Minuty 281 is a rosé wine that highlights the grape varieties and the terroir of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Located in the heart of Provence, the Château Minuty vineyard overlooks the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle and benefits from a temperate maritime climate. It includes 60 hectares of vines planted on shale limestone soils and 80 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils. 20 hectares of vines complete the estate on the hillsides of Valderian, in Ramatuelle. The Matton-Farnet family has been established for 24 years and is committed to offering wines made from typically southern grape varieties.
The Château Minuty 281 rosé wine is made from 25-year-old Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault , which gives it a unique personality. It is part of an exceptional cuvée and is recognizable by its number 281, a nod to the color of the blue pantone sublimating the bottle.
Pleasant to look at, the dress of this rosé wine is dressed in crystalline reflections suggesting a beautiful finesse. The nose is intense with white fruit aromas enhanced by iodized notes. The mouth has a nice mineral frame .
This Château Minuty 281 is best enjoyed with dishes such as a scallop risotto, roasted langoustines or even a Saint-Pierre with fennel.
