French Rosé Wine, Pays d'Oc PGI
Les Cochonailles Cuvée prestige is rose wine from the Pays d'Oc. It has a protected geographical indication in order to guarantee you the flavours of a terroir renowned for its vines. It is made from two grape varieties: Grenache et le Cinsault. Both have been picked at good maturity on a stony clay-limestone soil very well exposed on the Languedoc hillsides. The choice and the maturing were meticulously made according to the traditional method of vinification.
Les Cochonailles Cuvée prestige is a vintage wine with a pale pink colour. The cinsault is recognizable on the nose and brings to this wine aromas of small red fruits. The association with Grenache completes its essence with notes of citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is rather exceptional, refined, lively and fruity.
Take the opportunity to have gustatory escape by associating this wine with grilled meats, tapas, mixed salads, cold meats or as an aperitif. For a perfect tasting, it is recommended to serve it at 8° C. Find all the expression of the South of France in a nicely presented bottle.
The vineyard behind this Les Cochonailles wine belongs to the owner harvesting Vellas, known for its original white, rosé or red wines.
