Caves d'Esclans Whispering Angel - 2019 - Rosé Wine

Château d'Esclans Whispering Angel is a rosé wine which has been created from carefully selected grapes by electronic optics. A refreshing and characterful wine, this Château d'Esclans Whispering Angel has a Côtes de Provence designation of origin. The harvest took place in one of the most beautiful lands of Provence both at night and in the morning. Composed of grenache, cinsault, rolle, syrah and tibouren, this 2018 vintage underwent a destemming and a light crushing to avoid oxidation. Fermentation and ageing took place in stainless steel vats and under strict temperature control.

Château d'Esclans Whispering Angel was awarded the Gold Medal of "The Drinks Business" prize. To the eye, its pale pink colour invites you to a tasting with friends around an aperitif or a dinner based on white meats. Served at a temperature between 8 and 10° C, it will reveal fruity aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is red fruits, white flowers and spice tips that bloom with your palate. Its pleasant and delicious texture can gain in flavour over the years.
