Gris Blanc is a rosé wine whose Pays d'Oc protected geographical indication ensures that you will find all the qualities of the Roussillon region. Indeed, the vines cultivated to make this rosé are located in the region of Tautavel, between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. They benefit from an exceptional climate combining maximum sunshine and low rainfall. Grenache is the main grape variety that makes up this nectar with fruity aromas.

The harvest was carried out by hand and the grapes were immediately pressed. The aromas of the grenache were preserved by the use of carbon dioxide during manipulations until fermentation. This was done at low temperature, then the process ended with a fine lee breeding for several weeks.

Gray Blanc is to be served at a temperature between 10 and 12°C for optimal tasting. It can accompany your appetizers, or dishes made of shellfish, shellfish, fish, spices (curry). It also reveals the taste of Mediterranean salads, tajines or Asian dishes. This rosé wine has a very pale dress with shades of white and gray. In the nose, you will find notes of red fruit and, in the mouth, you will feel a lot of freshness exalting its fruity side.
