Secrets des diables 666 cuvée 2011 is a bewitching red wine that received a bronze medal in 2013 at the Concours Général d'Agriculture.

It has its own originality and reveals all the typicity of its terroir under the Mediterranean influence. This wine is made from Syrah and Grenache, two grape varieties that have grown between the sea and the mountains. This geological and climatic diversity gives this Secret des diables 666 a protected designation of origin Saint-Chinian. Berry tastings take place before the harvest to make sure that the grapes are harvested when ripe. These were picked separately when they were healthy and ripe in order to offer a finished product of good quality. The vinification of the grape varieties was done under strict temperature control (maximum 28° C) and the maceration lasted between 20 and 25 days.

This cuvée 2011 should be served at 18° C to best appreciate its aromas of red and black fruits and garrigue. Its beautiful deep red colour invites an ample, liquorice and complex mouth supported by silky tannins. You will be able to marry it with grilled ribs of beef, game birds, red meat, leg of lamb or cheese.

So, ready to unlock the devil's secret?
