Red wine from France AOP Vacqueyras, Vintage 2016
Sang d'Encre Roc Saint Aime 2016 from its AOP Vacqueyras appellation is a red wine produced using 100% traditional winemaking methods. It has the characteristics of three grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. These essentially red and black grape varieties give it a fragrant and bewitching purple colour.
Sang d'Encre Roc Saint Aime 2016 is a vacqueyras cultivated in the Rhone valley, known for its glacial terraces of the Riss and its soils covered with rolled pebbles. Its traditional vinification gives it a perfume of black fruits, wild blackberries and spices. A real olfactory journey and a unique taste experience worthy of great French wines. Its purple reflections and its purple colour make it a wine of excellence and a bewitching beverage.
This red wine should be served at a moderate temperature, between 16-17°C to fully enjoy its aroma.
Sang d'Encre Roc Saint Aime 2016 is a wine with silky tannins that goes well with red and white meats and all types of game. It will also go well with cheeses.
