The Vignerons de la Colline Eternelle Bourgogne is a red wine from the Vézelien vineyard, an exceptional land which allows the Pinot Noir express all its intensity and richness. This red wine from the clay-limestone soil of Burgundy reveals a garnet color , slightly purple to the eye. The vinification was done by aging in oak barrels.
On the nose, the Vignerons de la Colline Eternelle Bourgogne is expressive and reveals some notes of caramel to then give way to red fruits in a light floral bouquet . On the palate, this red wine is rich and structured. Sometimes tending towards fruity notes, sometimes going towards more spicy sensations, it interweaves the aromas of red fruits, cocoa and kirsch. Ideally served between 14 and 15 degrees, we will particularly appreciate to taste it accompanied by dishes such as red meat, game or dishes in sauce, but also with dark chocolate.
This vintage can be kept in the cellar for a period of 5 to 7 years. It is a wine for aging that must be tasted at a temperature of around 15 ° C to get the most of its aromas.
