Jardins Secrets - Les Bermudes - Cinsault – Red wine
Red wine from France, PGI Pays d'Oc
Red wine from France, PGI Pays d'Oc
Jardins Secrets Les Bermudes 2016 is a red wine made exclusively from a grape variety called cinsault. The latter is particularly suited to the hot and sunny climate of the area where wines of character are produced by Vignobles Vellas. The vines have grown on the Pic-Saint-Loup terroir whose soil is more of a clay-limestone type. Each of the grapes were picked at optimal maturity in order to let their potential express themselves. They were then vinified in a traditional way with good temperature control and a long fermentation. They enhance the typicity of this Languedoc varietal.
Jardins Secrets Les Bermudes 2016 has a Pays d'Oc protected geographical indication, a real benchmark of quality. Served at a temperature of 17 ° C, this wine is easy to drink and has a rare finesse on the palate. On the nose, it reveals not only aromas of red fruit (raspberry, for example) but also touches of dried fruit and white flowers.
In the kitchen, this wine full of sun goes well with the smoothness of pork, roasted or grilled lamb and poultry in sauce. He is also the perfect accomplice of Mediterranean cuisine!
