

Italian Red Wine, Rosso PGI Puglia
PRESENTATION:
Appassimento is the Italian word for "passerillage". Technique, which consists in letting the grape dry to concentrate its sugars and tannins and to exacerbate its aromas.
VINIFICATION :
After the late harvest, the grapes are placed in vats, fermentation starts as normal, after obtaining a natural alcohol level, the vat is cooled until fermentation stops. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Deep ruby red with purplish hues.
Nose: Ripe red fruit, notes of plum and jam.
Palate: An intense palate, harmonious and balanced wine, fruity, complex and smooth
