It is a red wine that has met all the requirements of the protected designation of origin Gaillac. The vines used for its elaboration have been cultivated on terraces on the hillsides. The clay-limestone soils have allowed the grape varieties to develop their full character. Among the three grape varieties present are duras, typical of the area, braucol (also called Fer Servadou) and syrah. Each bunch of grapes has been vinified in the traditional way.
