Red wine from France, Appellation Graves, 2015 vintage
French red wine - Bordeaux wine - Cru bourgeois superior - Saint-Estèphe, vintage 2015
Château Lilian Ladouys 2015 is a red wine from Bordeauxr that responds to the generous vision of the winemaker. Produced on a territory benefiting from the Saint-Estèphe appellation of origin , this red wine will allow you to discover both the finesse and the voluptuousness of the Médoc art of living. The vines have grown on a soil composed of 80% peyrosols and 20% limestone clay. The grapes were harvested by hand before being sorted by hand on bunches and berries. As for the vinification, this 2015 vintage underwent a gravity vatting without crushing and then a cold pre-fermentation maceration. The vatting period was long and the wine was aged for 15 months in 30% new wooden vats.
Passionate about gastronomy or simply a bon-vivant, Château Lilian Ladoys promises to provide you with a unique and convivial taste experience. It blends 62% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. To the eye, it has a garnet colour amplified by subtle purple reflections. On the nose, notes of peppermint mixed with notes of orange peel are revealed. The whole is sublimated by fragrances of white flowers, blueberries and mirabelle plums. On the palate, the attack is full and spiced up by notes of raspberry and cedar. The tannins are chalky and leave a finish full of freshness.
