RETURN POLICY

In spite of our efforts in handling, storing and transporting our bottles, wine is and remains a living product that can sometimes spoil.

 

You have chosen a wine from our catalogue and it does not bring you complete satisfaction? The product you received does not correspond to the one you ordered? A bottle is corked ?

 

Don't panic, at Enolia, your pleasure and satisfaction are our only goals.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This means that you can return one or more items intact, unopened and in their original packaging within this period.

 

If these conditions are met, we will refund your order.

 

In the case of a corked bottle, by definition the product is no longer in its original condition and the conditions are therefore not met? You are right, in the case of a cork problem on one of our bottles, we invite you to contact us by email or directly in store and we will organize the return of the goods together.

 

Concretely, what to do if you want to return your order?

 

  1. You return your order in store, we will proceed to the refund of your order directly, free of charge.

Download the return form by clicking here and fill it in and attach it to your shipment. The return costs are to be paid by the customer. As soon as we receive your returned order, in the original packaging and intact, we will refund the amount of your order to the account indicated in the form.
